Depart from Nairobi at 7:00 am and drive to the Hells Gate National Park with a stop at the Rift Valley View Point to enjoy the scenic view of the Great Rift Valley. Hell’s Gate National Park is one of Kenya's smaller National Parks, which can be explored on foot, by cycling or driving. Arrive at the park at around mid-morning and start your tour within the park. Part of the wildlife that is abundant in this park includes the bushbucks, dik-diks, giraffes, gazelles, gnus, hartebeests, impalas, buffaloes, hyraxes, zebras, hyenas, jackals, mongooses, baboons, amongst others. The park has historically been an important home for the rare lammergeyer vultures. Visit the gorges for about an hour, capturing the beautiful panoramas of the gorge's small thin depressions of land mass where one can walk underneath. Leave the park for lunch at a nearby restaurant or hotel. After lunch, take a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, a fresh water lake, which is the highest lake by elevation in the Rift Valley. Here, you will get a chance to see more wildlife including hippos, buffalo, fish eagles, pelicans and much more birdlife. After this, the trip comes to an end so you embark on your drive back to Nairobi.
Reserve your ideal trip early for a hassle-free trip; secure comfort and convenience!
