Depart for the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, arriving in time for lunch at the camp. Ol Pejeta Conservancy boasts of a large variety of animals including the non-indigenous chimpanzees and the rare endangered black rhino, Somali ostrich, grevy zebra, beisa oryx among others. Meals and overnight at the lodge/camp.
After breakfast we proceed further north across the Equator to the Samburu National Park. Lunch and afternoon game drive, then spend the rest of the day relaxing and leisurely exploring the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, depart for Lake Baringo, a fresh water lake in the Rift, is a peaceful oasis in the dry thorn country, bursting with birdlife and with a captivating characteristic of its own. Lake Baringo possesses two major ornithological attractions: the Gibraltar Island with the largest nesting colony of Goliath Herons in East Africa and the escarpment immediately west of Campi ya Samaki on the western side of the lake. It is the home of eagles, hornbills, and other birdlife. You will also get a chance to look for crocodiles and hippos. Meals and overnight at the camp/lodge.
After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. On the way, visit Lake Bogoria, which is a bird sanctuary that is famous for its hot springs and geysers. One of the fun activities that you can do here is boil an egg using the hot springs water. Arrive at Lake Nakuru National Park in time for lunch. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive in this park that is famous for its flamingoes and rhinos. This park has many contracts that range from escarpments, to rocks, to acacia forest, to the lake and other features. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
After breakfast, depart for the famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve. This park is famous for the annual wildebeest migration where large herds of wildebeest migrate from Serengeti National Park to Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Lunch at the lodge or camp, followed by an afternoon game drive in this vast game reserve. Return to the camp/lodge for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, take a morning game drive in this vast Savannah grassland looking for the big five (elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard and rhinocerous) and other plains game. This day shall be spent enjoying game viewing drives in the early morning hours and in the evenings as this is when we have the best chances of seeing wildlife. The ultimate action here is without doubt the annual wildebeest exodus in July and August when millions of these grass eaters move north from the Serengeti in search of lusher grass before turning south again in October. A visit to the Mara River to see the hippos and crocodiles, that co-exists in the same water. This is the natural migration bridge of the wildebeest and Zebras on their way from the Tanzania Serengeti National Park into the Kenyan Maasai Mara. Return to the lodge/camp for lunch (unless you are doing a full day safari, where you will have picnic lunch while on safari) and relaxation as you enjoy the hotel facilities. Embark on an afternoon safari in search of more wildlife and birdlife. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
After breakfast, depart Maasai Mara and head to Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch at the hotel. After lunch, take a boat ride at Lake Naivasha, followed by a walking safari at the Crescent Island. This is an excellent way to see wild animals up close while on foot. The Island is a private game sanctuary, which is home to zebra, wildebeest, gazelle, monkeys, hares, genet cats, waterbuck and giraffe. Alternatively, you could spend the afternoon at the pool, relaxing.
After breakfast, head for the Amboseli National Park, which is at the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain in Africa. Apart from the scenic views of Mt. Kiimanjaro, this park is famous for large herds of elephants and birdlife. Afternoon game drive followed by dinner and overnight.
To have the best views of the great Mt. Kilimanjaro before clouds build up, it is advisable to do a pre-breakfast game drive. Optional visit to a Maasai village (at an extra cost) is planned after breakfast. Maasai warriors are famously known as the proud nomadic tribe whose legendary prowess in battle and single-handed acts of bravery in fights with the wild animals are known across the world.
After breakfast, drive back to Nairobi. Check-in at the hotel and relaxation.
Spend the day at leisure at the hotel. You can choose to do a city or go shopping or spend the entire day at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and take your flight to Watamu. Check-in at the hotel and relaxation. Meals and overnight at the hotel.
Spend two days at the hotel at leisure, enjoying walks at the beach as well as the hotel facilities. On one of the days, sail to one of the marine parks and enjoy snorkeling in the ocean. Animals seen include turtles, marine tortoise, bear reefs, coral reefs and different types of marine fishes. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, take your flight back to Nairobi. Check-in at the hotel and relaxation. Meals and overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, depending on your flight schedule, you can have a city tour with one of our guides. You will have lunch at a local restaurant en route and later on be dropped off at Jommo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your flight back home or at any agreed point.
