Itinerary

Our representative will pick you from the airport and transfer you to your hotel in Nairobi. Check in at the beautiful hotel and relax from your long journey, as you accustom to the relaxing Nairobi ambience. If you are in a position to walk, have a short, guided walking tour in the city center with one of our guides. Meals and overnight at the hotel.

Depart from Nairobi at 7:00 am for Naivasha with a brief stop at the Rift Valley View to enjoy the scenic view of the Great Rift Valley. Head to Hells Gate National Park for a biking safari.  Hell’s Gate National Park is one of Kenya's smaller National Parks, which can be explored on foot, by cycling or driving. Arrive at the park at around mid-morning and start your tour within the park. Part of the wildlife that is abundant in this park includes the bushbucks, dik-diks, giraffes, gazelles, gnus, hartebeests, impalas, buffaloes, hyraxes, zebras, hyenas, jackals, mongooses, baboons, amongst others. The park has historically been an important home for the rare lammergeyer vultures. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Visit the gorges for about an hour, capturing the beautiful panoramas of the gorge's small thin depressions of land mass where one can walk underneath. Leave the park for lunch and check-in at the hotel. After lunch, take a boat ride around Lake Naivasha to the Crescent Island for a walking safari on the Island where you will come up across with zebras, giraffes, antelopes and other wildlife. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast leave for Lake Nakuru National Park. Check-in at the hotel then embark on a game drive. Spend the rest of the day at the hotel at leisure, followed by an afternoon game drive in the park with a visit to Baboon Cliff. Some of the birdlife in Lake Nakuru National Park includes flamingos, ostriches, ducks, guinea fowl, pheasants, rouse, grebes, pigeons and doves, sandgrouse, bustards, cuckoos, swifts, rails, gallinules, coots, cranes, stilts, avocets, plovers, lapwings, painted-snipes, crab plover, gulls, terns, skimmers, storks, cormorants, shags, pelicans among others. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.

After breakfast, depart for the famous Maasai Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch at the lodge / camp.  A brief relaxation after lunch then embark on an extensive afternoon game drive from between 1600hrs and 1830hrs in search for Black manned lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, buffalos and other plain games. Return to the camp/lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight.

After breakfast, take a morning game drive in this vast Savannah grassland looking for the big five (elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard and rhinocerous) and other plains game. A visit to the Mara River to see the hippos and crocodiles, that co-exists in the same water. This is the natural migration bridge of the wildebeest and zebras on their way from the Tanzania Serengeti National Park into the Kenyan Maasai Mara.  Return to the lodge/camp for lunch (unless you are doing a full day safari, where you will have picnic lunch while on safari) and relaxation as you enjoy the hotel facilities. Embark on an afternoon safari in search of more wildlife and birdlife. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and head to the Maasai Village to learn about some of the cultural practices of the Maasai community including making fire using sticks, dances among others. Continue on your journey back to Nairobi, with a stop for lunch and a brief relaxation moment en route.  On arrival in Nairobi, drop off at the pick-up point or any other agreed spot.
